  • 5 Push-Ups

  • 10 Lunges

  • 10 Squats

  • 10 Crunches

  • 30 seconds running on the Spot

  • 30 seconds mountain climbers

  • 20 Star Jumps

  • 40 second Plank

It Should Be Tough

  • 40 Squat Jumps

  • 1 minute Plank

  • 1 minute of Press-Ups

  • 1 Minute and 30 Seconds of Running on the Spot.
